Welcome to the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma Sex Offender Registry Website. The Seminole Nation of Oklahoma Sex Offender Registry, is maintained by the Seminole Nation Lighthorse Police Department, which provides public information on sex offenders required to register pursuant to section 113(a)of SORNA (codified @ 42 U.S.C. subsection 16911). Section 113(a) applies to any sex offender working, is a student,or resides within the Seminole Nation Tribal jurisdiction. A sex offender will be required to register with the Seminole Nation Lighthorse Police Department within 3 business days, pursuant to section 111 of SORNA.
